We’re running a Program and Communication survey to collect feedback on our event and opportunities, and communication methods. It takes less than 10 minutes, and you could win $90.00 credit to the 4-H Store for participating. (Credit can also can be used for membership fees or 4-H event registration). 
Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated and completely voluntary. This survey is an important way for our members, leaders, and 4-H parents to share their opinions and suggestions to help us to continue to improve the 4-H experience for all. 
At the end of the survey, you can choose to leave an email address or phone number if you would like to enter a draw to win a $90.00 4-H Saskatchewan store credit. (This can also be used for your membership!)
