All registrations will be through the online registration portal MY4H. The link is attached below or accessible from the 4-H website home page taskbar. The online registration system is open for all 4-H members and leaders!
Membership fees for 2022 are $100.00.
Registration deadline is November 15, 2022. New members can still register- just check with your 4-H club!

Club Registration
For General Leaders Only
General Leaders received information about Club Registration from the 4-H Office. All clubs need to complete the "Intent to Register" form before registering. If you have questions please call 306-933-7727.
The Project Order form for clubs can be emailed to frontdesk@4-h.sk.ca or faxed to 306-933-7730. |
Code of Conduct: All 4-H members, volunteers, family members and guests should be familiar with the 4-H Code of Conduct. This does not need to be submitted to the 4-H office.

Are you interested in using on line registration this year?
When the system launches:
Before you start, check with your club about whether you are registering online or using forms/cheques.
If you are registering online, first check out the Registration Walkthrough Guide and the Frequently Asked Questions documents below.
- Returning families and leaders will receive an email when the system launches to access their accounts. They will be able to adjust their information (phone number, address, etc.) and then register for their club and projects.
- New families will need to create a household account the first time they visit the system, and then be able to register with their club.

volunteer Screening
Because 4-H Saskatchewan values the safety of its members, all club volunteers and 4-H leaders must complete a volunteer screening process every three years. This process includes:
The Volunteer Screening deadline for 4-H leaders is October 15 each year.

Volunteers that complete only screening are considered "Screened Volunteers (B)". Volunteers that complete screening and 4-H required training are "Trained Volunteers (A)". Volunteers must be Trained Volunteers (A) to register as a 4-H Leader. Screened Volunteers must always be accompanied by a Trained Volunteer when working with youth.
- Completing an application and reviewing important policies
- Submitting a criminal record search including a vulnerable sector search
- Complete required training
- Obtaining three references
