"4-H has helped me to develop into a better person because it has provided me with friendship, confidence, passion, and the opportunity to expand my horizons and learn more about the world around me ... I cannot thank 4-H enough for shaping me into the person I am today, because I attribute a lot of my skills to it. What 4-H stands for and the amazing people who make it successful will always have a special place in my heart."

Timeline of the foundation
1960-67 - In the first seven years of the Foundation, $215,000 was raised! This was used to build a 4-H center in Saskatchewan, later to be known as “Rayner Centre.”
1978 - A fundraising campaign raised more than $80,000 to expand Rayner Center
1981 - The Rayner Center became debt free thanks to fundraising efforts through the foundation. This allowed the foundation to begin focusing on other efforts to build the 4-H program, such as subsidized camping spots.
