Club to Club Exchanges
Summer 2021, Canada Wide

There’s a whole new part of Canada waiting for you to explore. Groups of 10 youth and one to two chaperones, participate in a reciprocal exchange with a 4-H group from another part of the country, giving them a chance to explore one of the biggest, greatest, and most diverse nations in the world. The Club to Club Exchange challenges participating groups to become community ambassadors, as they host their twins and put their hometowns on display.

The 4-H Canada Club to Club Exchange is made possible through the support of Canadian Heritage. Groups apply directly to 4-H Canada. Age 12-17 program. Learn more on the 4-H Canada website.

Going Global Exchange
Summer 2021

The 4-H Going Global Exchange program is an exciting initiative that seeks to engage 4-H Youth in an intercultural experience and to increase awareness of sustainable agriculture and food security issues globally. By participating in this program, you can:
• Experience a new country
• Expand your global perspective
• Learn about sustainable agriculture practices
• Explore issues related to food security

This reciprocal international exchange is a unique opportunity that allows 4-H youth to represent 4-H in their country. Travelling members will host incoming delegates. See 4-H Canada website for more information.

Careers on the Grow
Summer 2021

Through this program, 4-H youth can take advantage of a variety of hands-on learning opportunities within companies, on farms, and in rural and urban communities across the country. Partner organizations and industry leaders will work closely with 4-H Canada to develop a range of high quality mentorship placements within their facilities. 4-H members will “learn to do by doing” through these placements, customized to meet the needs of the individual 4-H member and the placement partner.

Open to 4-H members and alumni, aged 18-25.  Find more information on the 4-H Canada website.
