The new 4-H year brings NEW policy changes and updates. The following policy changes are in effect as of October 19, 2024.
New Alcohol Policy Possession and/or use of alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs or non-prescribed inhalants or tobacco/tobacco products by participants at any 4-H activity targeted at 4-H members are forbidden and will result in disciplinary action. Addition to Livestock Show Rules LIVESTOCK POLICY re: yearling heifers who have calved by Achievement Day
4-H Saskatchewan may, at any time, request a leader or volunteer provide a current criminal record check and/or vulnerable sector check. The Criminal Record Check and/or Vulnerable Sector Check must be provided within 30 days of the request being made.
