4-H Saskatchewan Community Leadership Conference & Annual General meeting

4-H members and leaders from across the province gathered in Saskatoon on March 21 & 22, 2026 for the highly anticipated Community Leadership Conference & AGM. It was an incredible weekend from start to finish!

Saturday kicked off with lively icebreakers, fun games, and our always-popular Minute Mentoring sessions. A huge thank-you to all of our amazing mentors!
The afternoon was packed with inspiring workshops designed to spark ideas and deepen engagement in the 4-H program.

• Catherine Miller-Mort (4-H Canada) led sessions on conflict resolution
• Leslie Noble (4-H Canada) explored STEM in 4-H
• Bailey Gardner (STARS) shared insights on community engagement
• Emma Panter (4-H Saskatchewan) got everyone moving with a dance session
• Shelby Longworth & Ashley L'Henaff (4-H Saskatchewan) delivered a hands-on workshop on beef activities for clubs

Saturday evening wrapped up with our Annual Recognition Banquet, a heartfelt celebration and thank-you to our donors, sponsors, and special award recipients from the past year. We were honoured to hear Provincial winning speeches from public speaking champions Aliyah and Zoe. The highlight of the night was presenting special awards to Kadence Johnson (Builder’s Honour Roll) and Bev Gordon (Hall of Fame). To finish off the night, members hit the floor at the fan-favourite dance, while leaders enjoyed a Hawaiian-themed games room for some relaxed social time.

Sunday was all about leadership in action! The morning featured regional meetings and discussion tables, followed by our Annual General Meeting in the afternoon.
What an inspiring and energizing weekend for 4-H! Let’s carry this momentum forward into an amazing year ahead
