4-H Saskatchewan announces, with regret, the resignation of Aubrey Eaton, who has served as Executive Director since 2022. Aubrey will be stepping down from his position effective June 12, 2026.

“On behalf of the Board of Directors, management, and staff, we extend our sincere gratitude to Aubrey for his lasting contributions and the leadership and guidance he has provided. We are confident that he will continue to find success in his future endeavors,” said Kristin Caldwell, President of the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors of 4-H Saskatchewan is pleased to announce the appointment of Shelby Longworth as Interim Executive Director, effective June 15, 2026.

This appointment will provide leadership and continuity for the organization while the Board undertakes the process of recruiting a permanent Executive Director.

Shelby brings 10 years of experience with 4-H Saskatchewan and a strong understanding of the organization’s programs, operations, and commitment to youth development. In her interim role, she will work closely with staff, volunteers, members, and stakeholders to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality programs and services across the province.

“The Board of Directors is very pleased that Shelby has agreed to take on this role,” says Kristin. “We look forward to working with Shelby as we navigate this transition and continue to build on the strong foundation of 4-H Saskatchewan.”

The Board remains committed to supporting members, volunteers, staff, and stakeholders throughout this transition and ensuring the continued success of 4-H Saskatchewan’s programs and services.
