By taking part in a 4-H Canada Club to Club Exchange, you can explore Canada’s rich history and experience all that it has to offer
Travel and Stay with 4-H’ers from Another Province
In groups of eight to ten delegates 4-H members between the ages of 12 and 17 will travel across Canada with two chaperones. These groups will be twinned – or paired together – with 4-H’ers from another province through a reciprocal home stay exchange.
Why Should YOU Participate?
In the words of a past participant: “During the exchange I had the opportunity to do things I may never have had the opportunity to do, see new and different parts of Canada and make friendships that were so vital for making this trip as fulfilling as it was.” Visit this 4-H Canada Blog Post about Club to Club Exchanges to hear more about the opportunity from past participants.
Registration and Costs
Apply online on behalf of your group before January 15, 2018 at https://exchange.4-h-canada.ca. Successful groups will be notified early-February 2018.
Groups will be matched based on the application they submit, demographics of each group, activities and community involvement, fundraising opportunities, dates selected for travel, exchange history and how they will promote and recognize sponsor support.
Resources are available to assist groups when planning their exchange. These will be made available to groups once they have been selected for an exchange.
