If you are looking forward to this year's AGM, here are a few useful resources for you to take a look at! 

AGM Registration Forms

If you are looking for AGM registration forms, they are available on the website by clicking HERE. Remember to get your registration forms in by February 1!

DISTRICT FEE: The cost for each district to sendone leader delegate AND one member delegate is a total of $325.00 plus GST ($341.25). Each district is required to submit this fee to the Provincial Office even if they are not sending a representative to the AGM. Saskatchewan 4-H will charge a $100.00 administration fee for late registrations received after the registration deadline.

VISITOR FEE: The cost per visitor is $260.00 plus GST ($273.00). This includes participation in all AGM events, all meals for the weekend, ticket to the 100th Gala Banquet and accommodation for Saturday night.

Does your district have a resolution they would like to bring forward? Click HERE for the resolution template. This handy guide will help you write a resolution to bring forward at AGM. Don't forget to have one of your district delegates ready to speak on behalf of your resolution at AGM. Resolution deadline is January 31!
